I've been trying to decipher the mass laws for a while and can't make heads or tails of it. Is it legal to have an air rifle in Massachusetts or not? If so, what would I need to do to be allowed to have one? A friend wants to give me a ruger blackhawk for a gift and we both didn't know if my state even allows them. The local cops are as confused about how to interpret the law concerning airguns as I am.
Any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Or even just who else I might be able to get an answer from would be enough. Thanks. |
