That's good shooting. I need to get a new printer so I can get back at it.

Hi all, decided to try out my 50 year old Webley MKll .177, I bought it new in 1957 and it is still 100% orignal the fps is about 350, so it has problems punching clean holes but it does leave a nice lead ring mark.

Date 15 Nov 2007
Time Start 11.23 am Finish 11.35 am
Weather cold, 10 deg C, no wind
Gun Webley .177 MKll
Pellets RWS Hobbys
Iron sites
Standing Two handed
5 meters

Score 125 out of 240

The scores on targets 3 and 4 need to be reversed.

Al

Well, I went out this afternoon to shoot the target. It was below the freezing point and my fingers went a bit numb. Anyways:

Relum Tornado (project still being experimented with) .177
Open sights
Coal 500N Wadcutter pellets
Score: 95 out of 240

Shot my usual sort of card: not much of a threat, but had a lot of fun. Smile

120 / 240: Beeman .177 P3 pistol, Beeman HN wadcutters, and also some hollow points that I wanted to shoot off:

5 meters, iron sights, one hand, offhand, 18 minutes elapsed time, excellent sunlight, no wind.

Jim

Hi Jim, I don't use the Webley very much these days but I think with a bit of regular pratice things could improve, Co2 makes you lazy

Finaly went and got me a 3-in-1 but it didn't improve my shooting. Doesn't seem like I got the same size target as eveybody else but I don't care, think mine is smaller.

180/240

Everything seems to work fine...I like new toys. Smile

That's another reason why I don't want a CO2 pistol. But then, the only one I'm even tempted to buy is the Smith and Wesson. Smile
