Finally got that silly Crosman sighted in properly!

Unfortunately- now I shake too much- and no, I wasn't drinking last night!



Start: 5:26pm, End: 5:37pm
60*F, 80% RH
no wind
Crosman Phantom
.22 cal Crosman Premier Hollow Points

5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 Total= 95


We will count the reduced size targets for people shooting at 10m- it's all in fun anyways, right?

So far we have under500fps in the lead with 120, 4x and Stevie in second with 120, 3x- maybe someone else wants to judge the "X's" so I don't get shot? Very Happy

I could have done better shooting at the same distance as Under500fps with my QB78, even if the target is reduced in size it's not the same as a greater distance.

I dunno about this rule bending tbh!

What's a "tbh"?

And if the reduced distance does create easier shooting- we can disqualify it in future competitions- but nobody piped up before I posted that they'd be OK- so we'll leave it for this one.

Yea I think under500fps takes it with 4 Xs, and Stevie 2nd, as Eric says no one objected to what was proposed so I think it should stand as it is.

With the mix-up with the rules this week I think the rules should be posted with the target of the week.

Target distance should be 10m for pistols and 20m for rifles, with the same size target

We have to have a 10m target for the indoor pistol shooters, but a 10m target shot with a rifle at even a reduced target is to easy, also it should be made clear whether it is free hand or bench rest.

I found Week 4's target hard to see. My eyes just couldn't focus properly on the mixture of colors.

Would have been a terrific 2-color target, though.

Well- under500fps has it.

The rules are changed depending on the target- which is the main Competition page: http://www.airgunhome.com/pages/shootcomp.html and one of the reasons why I don't post a link directly to the target alone in these threads/posts and people have to navigate through the Rules page to get the target of the week.

I don't know that we need to specifically state in the official rules "no shrinking" now that we are all clear on that it shouldn't happen. If someone new comes along and doesn't know- I'm sure someone will inform them! Razz
