WTF is your question?

Using English to communicate might be a good starting point.

With "curry" in his name, I'm a'bettin' he's not from 'round here.. and he's wondering which way to go , like sniper said, springer or pumper and the "bs" I imagine should be "vs", like which is better caliber .177 vs. .22?
Let's start a "pool" !! Laughing

Using crack and firearms together is a no-go. Sniper should know, with all the gang-bangers around.

Hey is this anyway to welcome a new person to the forum?

Welcome Curry10 to the forum and a great sport. If you could restate your question it would be helpful in getting a good response. There are a lot of knowledgeable people (not me yet but learning) here and a great group.

Forum Member: Donec's doing it right!

Indeed, welcome aboard Curry10. Maybe you'd do good to read up a bit on airguns. A good idea would also be to be more specific, as mentioned before.

Hope this place will be a bit usefull to you.

I was thinkin he meant single pump vs multi pump..... In which case the primary reason is power. You need the multiple pumps for building up the power in the gun. Single pumps tend towards target systems because they will produce a consistant "push" each time you shoot.

.177 vs .22 I've found is about a couple of things. Handling, some people just can't manage the small size of the .177 so they use .22. Hunting, .22 will carry a higher punch making it more likely for a clean kill so they tend to be used more. Cost, .177 are considerably cheaper, so if you are pushing out 100 shots a day it makes a difference.

cheers
Jeff
