Al Why not a PCP barrel from BSA? I got one on my Crosman and accuracy's pretty darn good. Pretty darned nice groups. I do have a aB4-2 which is very accrate. Anton I singled out springers because barrels off of them are easy to come by and cheap, there are not many spare PCP barrels kicking about, at least over here. When I first got it the groups at 30 yards were around 1.5". I recrowned it which helped a bit. Then deburred the inside of the TP hole on the barrel which really helped but the groups were still pretty big. I noticed that when I pushed a pelled down the barrel the tightest spot was the first inch or so before the tp but that the rest of the barrel was pretty consistant. So, I carefully enlarged the beginning constricted part and thats where it is now. Those 6 shots can be covered by a penny.
