Yeah that right... the deluxe model, .177 or .22 cal or both.

Been wanting one of them for awhile now.

Nice, they're pretty nice rifles, especially the D.

I'm thinking of getting one myself in .177 and try to get it to 12 fpe, but I don't need it now. Mr. Green

Nice project to work on, shame about the crappy barrels, I had two barrels on mine the second I got from Archers, the barrel was stright but the bore could have shot round corners, the best thing would be to fit somthing like a modified BSA springer barrel.

Mine shoots good enough for my needs.

2 6 shot groups at 30 yards w/boxed cp's. Shoots a hair tighter with FTS but I'm out of those.

Why not a PCP barrel from BSA? I got one on my Crosman and accuracy's pretty darn good. Mr. Green

Pretty darned nice groups. It's struggling to get something along those lines with my D-48. Exclamation

BCSteel I'm not saying that all QB barrels are crap, it's just pot luck which I don't seem to have with QBs, after saying that now I have chopped 6" off the barrel it has improved. I do have a aB4-2 which is very accrate.
Anton I singled out springers because barrels off of them are easy to come by and cheap, there are not many spare PCP barrels kicking about, at least over here.

I had to work on that barrel to get it where it is. When I first got it the groups at 30 yards were around 1.5". I recrowned it which helped a bit. Then deburred the inside of the TP hole on the barrel which really helped but the groups were still pretty big. I noticed that when I pushed a pelled down the barrel the tightest spot was the first inch or so before the tp but that the rest of the barrel was pretty consistant. So, I carefully enlarged the beginning constricted part and thats where it is now. Those 6 shots can be covered by a penny. Its not awesome knock your socks off whoop it up and yell in your face Daystate but its good enough for what I need.

Now that would be interesting to see. Mr. Green
