I have moly paste, heavy, clear, and velocity tar as well as several versions of breech / piston seals along with quite a few spare springs / kits for the accumulation here.

ARH is always straight up and has great products with exceptional service. Springers are what ARH is about and the knowledge / experiance JM has is certainly going to be missed when he does decide to close up shop.

Hi J
It's the heavy, and clear tar, plus moly paste I'm after, they do a packege deal for $22.00 + shipping, so I will get an order sorted out this week.
Cheers. Thumb Up!
Al

Hey Al, isn't there British company selling those kinds of things? I recall a website featuring some crosman parts, and a special sear for 22XX.

I've had a good look around the internet for the UK Anton, and I can't find anywhere over here that sells James Maccari tar, every one I talk to tells me to get it from the States.

You can get spring tars over here no problem but nobody seems to stock Maccari lubes, anyway it's only $12.00 shipping and if I get a large pack I can sell some of it and recover part of the cost,

I need it for my B4 to get rid of the twang, mind you I think I'm wasting my money on it. Shrug

Al

Just for reference, in case anyone didn't realize it: Air Rifle Headquarters (and that website) IS James Maccari- you can't get any more direct than that.

One word of caution, however, I gather Mr. Maccari has a low tolerance level for repetitive questions- so keep any conversations with him short and sweet. (This is only my opinion based on only a few of observations.)

Aha, I see, yes, in that case it's better to do it that way. Mr. Green

Say, did you also make a spring-guide and top hat for the B4? That should help to decrease twang too.

No problem Eric, I have just ordered a lube pack and TX seal using the sites internet ordering facility, so we will sit back and see how long it takes to get to me.

Hi Anton, just thinking about it, there is a couple of sites selling custom Crosman parts in the UK but no tar.

My lube kit and seals arrived from the States today 13 days from ordering, pretty good service from Jim Maccari. Thumb Up!

I'll do a lube job with the contents and report later on the results.

I have his product and it is quality. I did a tune kit from him in my RWS 34 and it did wonders for dampening the recoil and smoothing out the action. He is great to deal with.
