You are referring to the new Discovery (PCP/Co2)?
I don't know of anyone here who has bought one yet- seems only the U.S. has been getting shipments of them so far (so the rest of the world has to wait a bit longer). From what I've seen of them, people who have bought them think they are good for the money- but are not, by any means, the ultimate in PCPs or dual-fuel guns. But, for that $400 price tag with a pump no one can expect top-of-the-line stuff I wouldn't think.
If you get your hands on one- please post a review and some pictures. |

| I will give a review if I get one. I know this is apples and oranges, but, i'm also considering an air force condor. |

WOW! No contest!!! Go with the Condor.
In the end, you will be glad that you did.
It's a WAY more versatile, powerful and
accurate gun.
The first time that you fire it on high power (65-70 fpe) with
a 29 grain Eun Jin pellet and it completely rips
through a 2x6 at a distance (it will do so 20+ times
on a fill) you will have a big smile on your face.
Plus, on low power, it has more power (19 fpe) than most
magnum springers and gets over 150 shots on a fill.

I think that owning both of them can be usefull. A Condor is high pressure, and the Disco is (relatively) low pressure. |

Yes, I do have a chrony. It's almost a
necessity with a Condor.

How is a rimfire a better buy? I won't shoot a rimfire anywhere but on the shooting range, but I shoot air rifles in my front yard.
Air powered is safer to actually use and more accurate than any of the cheap rimmies I've shot . . . |

| Well, air power being safer isn't something I would agree on, after seeing some rifles. |

| I've already got too many rim fires. The reason I got into air rifles is because it's so much easier to gain permission to shoot on ranchers/farmers land when they think your using a "toy" gun. |

In the hands of a maniac, even a toaster can be dangerous.
I got your point though, and for mostly I agree that air arms are a at least a bit safer. |
