When I wrote that 6 months ago, yes. Right now they're around $400 and climbing with the euro . . . |

Crosman helps dictate that for their products. I am very much offended that the pricelist to Canadian airgun dealers is significantly higher than that to dealers in the USA. Oftentimes, it is cheaper for a Canadian dealer to import guns from another dealer in the US than it is to buy directly from Crosman.
As for non-Crosman guns, there are either too many people in the supply chain (this is typical for Chinese airguns) or the sellers are attempting to get all they can out of the Canadian consumer. Sometimes, economy of scale (i.e. small volumes) help crank prices for Canadians- but certainly not to the point of the 50-100% price difference between Canada and the US that is often seen on European airguns. |

The gun's out for just a few months. I doubt you will find many reviews or first hand experiences.
In any case, I wouldn't buy a new rifle in the first place. |

this is a nice looking rifle. But my God the size of it turned me right off.
The length of it is way over the line for me.Even thought it is balanced very well and from a few reviews from people who have bought them on the crosman forum they are very powerful and accurate. One guy said his .177 turns pellets to dust when shot into a metal pellet trap.
But I think I;ll save another $200 bucks and buy this one in .20 caliber it is sure to become a collecter in a few years.
Arizona Air Guns sells them in .20 cal for $499.00

| You don't want those. The Laminate stock I mean, they tend to break right where you put your hand. It happens, for all I know. |

I have two friends who own them and others at the range I use. They have had them for months now, never a problem with anything breaking, including Stock,Main spring or sights.
And even if they do Beeman/Weihrauch will back them up with a guarantee.

Eric ,
I figure I been riding Motorcycles for 40 years and I ain't been killed or hit yet.So what the hell I just have to say a prayer and drive it defencively and I won't take it out on the interstate highways. But they told me it'll do 90 MPH.
I can't be any more dangerous than the Chopper I ride with a 14" over springer front end(fork) on it and 114 HP.@ 700 lbs.I'v had it up to 140 MPH.!
The beers were working (Budwieser Balls)LOL
BBGun Bob NOW THIS IS UNSAFE
