just curious i have a barrel that is 7/16 od and i let 1/16 stick out and i was under the impression that is what a marauder mag is designed to fit but i put it in 3 or 4 times and the tits that hold the magazine in are no longer there on the barrel i did bevel the edge of the barrel so what did i do wrong please help cause the magazines arent cheap and i cant buy new ones every other day thanks Lee |

Barrel was a few thou too big, and wore off the tits.... so it needs to be a whisker smaller....

so beveling the edge of the barrel isnt hurting it, it just needs to be turned down about .0005 or so |

If it completely removed the tits on the magazine, more like 0.002"-0.005" I would guess.... Take a piece of steel rod and turn it down until it fits the mag perfectly (snaps on and off without damaging it), and then measure it and make the barrel the same size....
