Is that also the resolution of the displayed results. In other words does your scale weigh to the tenth of a grain ie-do Kodiaks show up as 21 grain or 21.1? Thanks. These are accurate, precise and good repeatabilty. They do not normally fail to work for some unknown reason like a battery, load cell/strain guage, microp, display ect. If you always weigh down to 1 grain levels ie 7.9gr, it would be very easy...these were very cheap they are used to load bullets..I think I paid $20 or so but I've had it for awhile... Paul PS - If you do get a digital, make sure to purchase standard brass weights so that you can check the scale before you use it. Use a weight closest to the weight you need to measure. If you need to transport the scale here and there forget about the balance scale. Since it reads directly to .1 grain, I don't have to convert and .01 grams is .65 grains so .1 grain is a closer tolerance.   Posted: Thu Feb 21, 2008 11:35 pm cw Banned Joined: 10 Feb 2008 Posts: 1771 Well, after a lot of searching I finally found a scale that will suit my purposes. It's the Jennings JScale MACK 20 Digital Jewelry Bench scale. The thing that cinched the deal for me was that it has .02 grain resolution. It also has a built in bubble level, leveling feet and it has two backlit displays and a 20 year warranty. Oh yeah, I also bought an Airforce pump, 5 sleeves of .22 cal Eun Jin domes & 7 sleeves of .22 Kodiaks and 4 sleeves of .22 RWS super domes, a bicycle backpack to carry my hunting setup, and am awaiting my new 3200 Elite Mildot scope. I love tax return time.
