I have purchased over $4000 worth of guns, scopes and other supplies from AGD in the past 12 months and I do generally like their service. How ever I got two guns that I was really unhappy with and wrote reviews saying so. These reviews have never been posted. So don't give very much value to reviews posted on this retailers site. Seems they don't post ALL reviews!

Interesting. I bought from AGD over PA for a while because of a similar problem until I found that they both have the same owner. I received an AGD order with a PA shipping label so I asked

That being said certain types of language generally get reviews rejected regardless of the base opinion.

Also, AGD changed their review system in recent months, and many reviews from the old review system were never posted the last couple months it was in service. I suggest resubmitting your reviews

That is the odd part- PA now owns AGD- why two different websites and such? I assume this has something to do with not offending customers too quickly (i.e. people who dealt with one company of them to avoid the other).

Interesting...I usually buy from Pyramyd, but twice have bought from Airgun Depot when Pyramyd was out of stock. My only complaint regarding AD was when I used a 10% off coupon and my order was still high enough that it should have qualified for free shipping. However after finishing my order, I discovered I was charged for shipping, basically negating 1/2 the 10% off coupon. When I called about it, I was told: free shipping is not combined with coupons, but if I wanted free shipping he could just convert my 10% coupon to a 5% coupon?!? I've never had anything like this happen with Pyramyd.

Yea, I agree about the bad language. Any of that in any comment and I disregard it anyway. Did not know AGD and PYMD had the same owners. Have ordered from both. Had a free shipping problem with Midway USA last week. called them and it was a problem with the program not processing it like they wanted it to. They corrected it and my order went through fine.
