| i recently bought a all black daisy 880, to say this thing is accurate is an understatement. i can get dime size group at 20yds using a sand bag for a rest. i have a beeman rs2 in 22 but the daisy keeps getting used more and more. today i thought i would try penetration on tin cans, i decided not to do point blank range like on most of you tube. i would shoot at 20yds, it completely went thru a spray paint can with daisy pointed pellets, i set up some vegetable tin cans, went thru 2 and into the third and dented the inside of the third can. this is with 10 pumps, i chrono'd the gun a few weeks ago it averaged 690fps overall. i am very happy with this gun, now i'm sure it can't run with my rs2 but i'm not gonna put them in a contest. will use the 880 for small game up to 20yds and plinking fun, the rs2 for longer range and slightly bigger animals. |
