I will be placing an order shortly for pellets in 177 cal for my new Disco, now i am looking for some pellets to try in RWS 34 in 22 cal, i will list the ones that don't work, the JSB Sampler has 4 different pellets, the RWS Superdome, the H&N FTT, Crosman premier HP, the rws Hobby is OK, all don't shoot to my likings at 15yds, the only one that is superb is the RWS Meistergulken, never a flyer ect, one hole if i do my part. reason i am looking for another pellet is because the that pellet is a wadcutter type tip, looking for some suggestion to try with a domed type head for a better BC at longer ranges, now i never tried this rifle beyond 15 yds yet, do you think the RWS Miestergulken pellet will work out 40yds or so.
thanks

| THe BC on a wadcutter is horrendous. They do a LOT of damage at close range though. It's what I used to use on rats that got into my house when I lived on a farm. Makes a MASSIVE hole that bleeds like you wouldn't believe. Good thing I didn't have any wall to wall carpeting on that old dump. lol |
