This is an old c02 pistol I have had for a long time. I never shot it much and I tried to put a cartridge in it and it leaked out all over the place. Mostly from the screw in puncture piece in the grip.

Luck for me I found a reseal kit on E Bay for 22 dollars.

So here it goes.

I have hit my first snag. I can't get the piece inside that the plunger goes through to unscrew. I made a screwdriver that fit perfectly. But it is tight. I will soak it for a while and try again.

Fearing damage I will not try very hard. If it will not move I will put in the seals I can. Then look for a gun smith or another piercing piece. I never give up once I start something. But as a watchmaker and motorcycle engine builder. I don't play or make things worse.

"piece inside that the plunger goes through to unscrew" -?

What do you mean by this? The "plunger" in the cap that you press to puncture the Co2 caplet, or something in/around the valve?

After soaking the parts overnight in PB Blaster. I made a special screwdriver. It was wide at the tip. Then narrow so as not to touch the threads. I also made up a fixture to hold the piece still.
It worked!!!
Now I can proceed.

I put the seals in the piercing piece. The other o rings go on the bolt mechanism. One on the ram and one looks like it goes in the top part in front of the handle.
I removed the grips to clean ad to try to open the top breach part. After removing the grips. I noticed the safety lever is broken. I don't recal it ever having a safety. So now I need some parts.

Are there parts available. I can make one. But don't have that much time.

There are not alot of reproduction Mark I/II parts out there- if you have the skills- you will probably be further ahead making one yourself.
