Thanks for the revue of green laser’s, I have been looking at them for a while, I was thinking of replacing the 4x scope on my SA80/QB with one. I had problems with red ones mostly with the adjustment moving, but green lasers are expensive over here ($120.00) so I haven’t tried one yet.
The use of a polarising filter is a good idea but I think if I use it on it’s own without a scope I may need all the brightness I can get?

Thank you Al, an yeah they can get pretty expensive; some can run even higher depending on your use and needs.
In reference to the polarized filter, oh no, that wasn't on my scope; that's a filter I use on my 55mm lens on my camera when I shoot outdoors (similar to the one below).
Photographers use them to remove reflected light from non-metallic surfaces/objects (water, skin, clothing, etc), as well as glaring which causes the 'lens flare' effect. Those kinds of filters are some of he last things you can use from old school photography such as 35mm film and expect them to work (mostly) on digital. Although the filter does diffuse most of the unwanted light, it doesn't completely block what you don't want like they do for film (one of the reasons I still shoot with film)  .
When it comes to seeing a green laser for shooting, you will have no problem seeing the light; these suckers are bright as can be (seemingly too bright at times) like  kind of bright!
In terms of cost, I would try eBay, or other outlet sources and see if you might find a less expensive model that may suit your needs. One thing I will try and make an additional review is how they handle the heavy recoil of spring pistons, but so far I have shot about 90rds through the Benjamin Trail which is a gas piston break barrel, and the dot hasn't moved off center (yet), and as you can see, this green laser I bought was a cheap one @ 38.29USD or 25.14GBP in your case by today's market.
