I used to think those Airforce rifles sucked. I've always disliked pcp's, mainly cuz I've never used them, and I thought it looked a little too flashy, kind of liked those exotic looking professional target competition rifles.

But then I realized that I like the pistol grip rifles a little more than conventional stocks. And I started to appreciate the space age beauty of the condor. When I researched it more, I was pleased to find out they are nearly as quiet as springers and slightly more powerful in some cases.

If I ever have the money, I will be getting one.

Leopard_125,

Hey I just got a AirForce Talon! The cousin of the Condor, and I think we might even have the same scope!

I just set mine up this last weekend and sighted it in, etc. Very cool and very powerful.

The only big difference between me and you is that I have an hand pump instead of a scuba tank! Let me tell you brother, after you have the hand pump, you'll be thankful for that scuba tank!

Shocked

Fun guns all around!

I must say though the SCUBA tank is the way to go just filled it after about
600 rounds thru it and it cost all of $3.00 dollars to fill. Shocked

really i'm still cinda new to this air gun stuff but I' think PCP any kind is the way to go, sometimes techno( this is the 21 decade) is the way to go.

The gun seems to be very accurate to 90 yards and still carry some hit. Twisted Evil

PCP's are only expensive in getting everything at your own place. After that, it's usually cheaper.

CO2 is more expensive in the long run, unless you try bulk-fill, allthough Bulk-fill is still more expensive too.

Congratulations! You are really going to enjoy the power
and accuracy. I've had mine for about a year now.

They are great for hunting as you can see from
the photos. The peacock was taken at 75 yards
and the geese were taken from 85 yards. I shot the
big one right in the middle with a Eun Jin 29
grain. It went clear through him leaving a 3/4 inch
exit hole. Blood and feathers sprayed 10 feet. He dropped
instantly.

They can be made near silent with the right technique.

Try some long (70-100 yard) shots with it. You
will be amazed at the accuracy.

I've seen more nuanced silencers.

I have to say though, I like classic looking PCP's a lot more.

I'm thinking of Evanix, those are some good looking rifles. Very Happy
