| Hey names Jeremy. I'm from broken arrow oklahoma and live backed up to a green back and so have a lot of rabbits and squirrels. Obviously I'm not going to be pulling the trigger on and powder rifle. So I started with a lil pump daisey that would shoot .177 and popped a couple of tree rats with it till the accuracy went bye bye. So I decided to get into this awesome world of air rifles. I went and bought a ruger night hawk. Took it home and fired it once. Holy budda that was loud. I might have well been shooting a .22 LR. I immediately took it back and did a lil research to find a quieter one and found the benjamin titan gp. Went and bought it and took it home. Got it zeroed in and this rifle is nice. Has a lil pop to it but does not sound like a gun so no worries. Now I fell into some photos of some custom air rifles. So now I'm just looking for some direction where to start. |

Welcome !!! Its an addiction get out while ya can!!!! Save yourself !!!
Just joking, well if your looking to getting into custom air guns you might want to add a Crosman 2240 or 1377 pistol to go with your rifle. Both are very custom friendly |

Well Buff, I got mine from Walmart shipped for $61. I really hated to get from them but they were roughly $10 cheaper than anyone else.
Everyonce in awhile Airguns Daily has a sweet deal but you have to wait for the deal to come up. |

Welcome. Eastern Oklahoma is one of my favorite places. We canoe down there sometimes.
I have the same exact situation up here in Iowa. Our big backyard adjoins miles of park. No rabbits though. The fox takes care of that. Plenty of squirrels, deer, and raccoons. Every kind of bird, good and pest. Woodchuck, Fox and Coyotes...but I miss the tasty rabbits from where we moved from.
(The hunting and pest control situation, and room to target shoot in town got me back into airgunning in a big way, though, when we moved here.)
cheers,
Rob |
