Shot my no longer new Titan into some phonebooks with all the new Ammo I got. Refer to: http://www.airgunhome.com/agforum/viewtopic.php?t=8513

Here are the recovered rounds. Each group except the balls contain an unfired round.

The Crosman Premiers at 20 yards. Not impressive, but very consistent and accurate.

These are the big ones, actually pretty accurate, devastating on target. Usually don't get too deep in the books. 1 approximately 1 inch book usually catches most of the rounds while tearing up the book behind it, but these sometimes just smack and stay shallow in the first. Expansion seems...more expanded, at 20 yards!

Balls, penetrate twice as deep as the others.

These hollow points show great expansion and performance at both 10 and 20 yards, but my gun just doesn't like to shoot them. :/

These are the destroyers recovered from both 10 and 20 yards. As you can see, they turn into gyrating death machines on impact. Very, very surprisingly accurate. Lots of kills with these already.

Heres a tin full of the rest of what I recovered. Most of the HP looking things you see are actually the back ends of wadcutters

I've got a bunch of lead here, both from shooting on this indoor range I've made, and some left over overweight .177 pellets that my Viper doesn't like. I'm thinking about casting some new pellets, but I don't know the best material to make casts. My dad taught me long ago how to making fishing sinkers with a spoon, but I need something a little fancier than that, haha.

Only 34 people have looked at this since I posted it. Bummer.

Casting something that small with that precision is probably beyond DIY. Having said that, I sincerely hope you're the one to figure it out and prove me wrong.

I mix mine with epoxy to add weight to gunstocks.

Laughing Me too!

Probably one technique that would work reasonably well would be swaging on a hammer die. It would be a royal pain in the fanny to make said die but certainly doable
