funny she , the woman who said i have waaayyyy too many guns got me a new gamo big cat in . 22. first impressions last a lifetime and so it goes like this. nice trigger pull easy cocking junk scope ,changed it for a better 1 i have . now the big question , the box claims 1000 with pba[throw them in the junkwouldnt use them in anything] i used cphp's and cronyed it today and got a high of 705 and low of 695 . i was thinking in the mid 800's . isnt this kinda low for a big cat in .22? i always thought 200 off pba numbers were average . reason for asking is i have a short time to be able to exchange it for another send help fast . it looks out of place with the herd of girls in the safe ,dont think dianas would like gamo so its hanging on the wall beside a spanish war relic gun [spanish mauser]

the gun devoloped trouble so it went back for exchange. this 1 after it quit dieseling made 750-745 with cphps . then i installed a grtIIII trigger and while i was inside i deburred and cleaned a bunch of grease out of it . now after 3-4 shots dieseling quit and it gained 5 ft per second . grease was holding it back? but its shooting nicely and hitting hard . killed a possum at 50 feet 1 shot to the brain bucket and pellet exited the other side . he was laying right where i shot him the next morning so he went to the outback . so far this 1 is a keeper . all of a sudden .22's are hard to get around here at all stores where we can buy air guns . i wanted more power for starlings as the leaves are getting more dense and the birds are going into the leaves deeper . my 34 in 22 is fine but just a tad short for deep bush shots . Very Happy
