Yeah that's my experience too with Daisy Precison Max, or whatever they are. They do make some good "Avanti" branded match pllets though.
Grip has everything to do with spring-piston rifles.
Try the way I do it: (don't laugh) Grab it like a 30-06--but the same way, the same places everytime. I grab it and pull it into my shoulder like it's going to kick me--then I "pretend" that I been holding it this way for an hour and am falling asleep--letting it relax away from my shoulder, my hands starting to relax and open (*yawn* not really) and there you have it. Just enough grip to control it--cheek barely touching the stock.
This gives me consistancy. |
