Please help me identify this SS pellet pistol. It has screw adjustable rear sight. I cannot find any markings what so ever!! Which makes me think it might be of Chinese manufacture. Anyway, any info would be much appreciated.

| I just acquired the pistol, and with no markings I am not sure of it's age. I am inclined to think it is older because of the machining and the materials it is made of. The grips and cover are plastic and the barrel and action are of pretty heavy steel. |

Thank you for the welcome.
I just picked the pistol up yesterday at a garage sale, so I cleaned it up a bit and shot a couple pellets through it out back. It functions just fine, I don't know about the accuracy or velocity yet though. |

It appears the entire lower segment of it which includes the grips is plastic- so it is likely no more than 30 years old (prior to that, plastic on airguns was minimal, and in the 50/60s they were generally still using Bakelite).
Based on how solid it appears, I would think it is not Chinese, more likely one of the European manufacturers. |

Eric
I did some more internet searching and your approx. dates of manufacture makes sense, I guess the single stroke pneumatic pistols and rifles were introduced around the 70's or so.
Jr.
I purchased the pistol for $5, and he would not come down another cent!!
Thank you all for your responses and info.

Haha. $5 is nothing for a Vintage Air Gun. |
