| What are your guys views on the trial? I think she was Guilty, but there was not enough solid evidence to prove it. |

I didn't follow enough to form an opinion, but was by the t.v for the verdict as I was the OJ trial. |

| The same laws that kept her from being found guilty keep you and me from being found guilty if we are accused of breaking the law and did not. Sad, but true. It could not be proved how the girl died (or how she was killed) and there was no evidence presented as to who was responsible for the death. And remember the jury was sequestered for the duration of the trial and did not see all the media hype we did. The media has a great way of presenting us with information that sways our thoughts on subjects, but that information may be opinions or skewed facts. I think Casey Anthony will be back in the legal system again as was O.J. |

I'll say,
I served on a criminal jury for a full week once, 8 years ago.
Nobody was killed but a gun was at someone's head during an attempted armed robbery (nothing was actually stolen). Do to "circumstantial" evidence we only convicted him on 2 of 3 felony counts. The 3rd would have meant a "special penalty" extending the sentence longer.
Having been on the jury side. I wouldn't do it again for double
of what I make in a good week.
Ya' Stu', just a matter of time for her... |

It's sad,so many of the facts indicate guilt. They just didn't come together to prove "guilt beyond a reasonable doubt".......
What's disturbing as well is she cannot ever be tried again for those crimes, even if she admitted to them at a later date,or new facts discovered post trial.Either way,I firmly believe in the universal law of Karma...what you do always comes back around in one form or another. |

It is the responsibility of the prosecution to PROVE guilt. In our system, you are innocent until proven guilty...no matter what the liberal, hateful media tries to convince otherwise. Don't listen to the media if you want facts.
The prosecution has to prove to the jury beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant is guilty. The prosecution failed and she walked out with the innocent verdict.
Also, you can not be tried twice for the same crime in the US when it comes to murder. So, in order to re-try her, they will have to come up with a different angle. |

This means....
Yes, they found 12 other morons. |
