Just bought this yesterday. It's a C-11 Tactical pistol from crosman. It holds 18 BBs. I haven't shot it yet because it's been raining, but it seems like a solid built little pistol. I like the looks of it though. The suppressor looking thing covers about a 3 in. barrel extension. I'm hoping that that little barrel extension helps it be a little more accurate. I would think that it would help velocity too since it makes that barrel almost twice as long.

Okay, I've been playing around with this pistol and found out that my P-10 and the C-11 is the same pistol minus the longer barrel, fake silencer and the laser under the barrel. They just have different names stamped into the sides.
The P-10 phantom is sold at wal-mart, so this gives you an idea how much muscle they have. The only thing that gives it up on the outside is the one has phantom molded in the plastic and C-11 on the other. I did get to shoot it today and it has enough power to knock down pop cans off my fence at 30 feet. That is about it's limit though. It will also knock down my gamo squirrel target at 10 feet. With the lightness of a BB, there isn't enough power to do anything beyond plinking.
The laser does hold it's accuracy very well, considering it is a BB gun and isn't as accurate as a pellet gun would be. All in all, I'm not sure if I would buy another one knowing then what I do now. It would be a maybe proposition. This is one of the few crosman air pistols that I am ambivalent on. I usually love crosman products, but I just ain't feeling it here. |

| After a day or so with the new pistol, I have run into a few more things that are more annoying than serious. The feed isn't isn't as well as I like. It misses about every 8 or 10 shots. It is still not bad for a plinker. I would like some more quality in this particular pistol especially after spending 70 bucks on it, but I will keep it anyway just because it is so much of a pain to return things at K-mart anymore. I think my son will love it though so I will keep it. I know I was paying more for the look than performance but it is still kind of disappointing. YMMV. |
