WildBillWholesale policy:
All orders generally ship within 4 business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded). In the event that we cannot fulfill your order within that time, we will notify you.
Here is the beginning of the agony by this company.
When this thread was posted decided to give it a shot... http://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php/topic,7206.0.html
After waiting 7 days for any information from them decided to give them a call, just to be insulted and denied any form of cancelling the order. The worst thing is that when an item is not in inventory it is not charged right until it is delivered. No, this company went ahead charged the card and see ya... :'(
Clearly stated to the company to please send me the rifle in .22, not .177...
Opened the box and received a .177. When I grabbed the box at the front door I knew something was wrong... (here are some pics to show the mayhem)
The pellet box has a very secure fit, but for some weird reason they all opened by magic. Or maybe this is the first time ever they send pellets and dont know stuff like this could happen. Anyway here are some pics and judge for yourself.

WildBill delivered the items even after opening a claim with the credit card company. I am stuck with a rifle I already have, was delivered after clearly stating on the COMMENTS to please be a .22, no updates on the delivery, insulted and then finally a nice F U with the packaging and awesome joke with the pellets.
Order was done on the 17th and delivered the 1st of March. The rifle goes to CL as I got it in .177.[/img] |

I guess it proves the point that 'cheap' is not always 'best'...
Sorry to hear of your issues- good luck sorting it out. |

Bah, that sucks. Good luck with sorting it out. If they do that over here they go out of business because this country is so small. |

Same here, we have a very close knit airgun community so dealers like that disappear quickly.

I am the president of wildbillwholesale.com. After learning about the unfortunate series of events surrounding Grizzly Man's order, I have contacted him by email. We have sent him a return label, and will be making a full refund to him as soon as we receive the merchandise back. In addition, although I have not mentioned it to him yet, I will be sending him the .22 gun that he originally ordered at no charge.
The incident described is not the way we do business, unfortunately this transaction appears to have been beset by a comedy of errors.
I am addressing internally the issues raised here, to be sure they do not occur in the future.
Sorry, Grizzly Man!!

Huh- funny. Hopefully this will be sorted out in short order now!
How did WildBill find this topic? Someone point it out to him?
On a slightly similar line: The is (was? I haven't dealt with them in a couple years now) a distributor in Canada that couldn't pack a box properly come love or money- the pellet spread Grizzlyman found in his package occurred on virtually every shipment, rifles would often come with cracked stocks, rear sights on rifles would come in two or three broken pieces- half of every shipment turned out to be, essentially, junk. When going back to the distributor, every attempt to correct the problems was met with disdain, if not outright hostility. When damaged product was shipped back, it took weeks, sometimes months for credits to be issued for the damaged product. Finally, I told people to simply refuse shipments that had any visible external damage- so of course the next shipment was full of holes, and obviously missing products that would have fallen out the holes/cracks in the poor packaging. That shipment was refused. Then, addressing this became even more of a hassle as apparently we should have accepted the obviously defective shipment and then worked on "resolving it". That was the last time we dealt with those guys... |

I had a similar experience with compasseco. Took 4 months
to resolve and I got a free rifle out of it. In the end it took
Rick Eutsler calling the owner on my behalf.
For the way the internet is now, anyone selling online best make good on their deals! |

Ok, lets see what happens now...
Items have been packed as best as I could.

Included the pictures so you can see the condition of items upon packing. Each and every pellet box was taped ro prevent any "accidental" spills. Do remember they arrived opened, and not all of them were there, and to make it worst they were all mixed up. I did try my best to divide them accordingly between .177 and .22.
Note:
Please wait for the system to update, UPS already has the package. |

You should have the rifle in your warehouse by now. Have not heard from you since last sunday and/or your gesture of goodwill.
Letter from Bill wrote to my email address written on March 06:
| Quote: |
I am Bill Gossin, otherwise known as "Wild Bill", the president of wildbillwholesale.com .
My customer service manager alerted me to your case. After having read all the emails, etc., I went and found your posting on the air gun forum. Notwithstanding the issues on the delivery time, etc. it is obvious from the photograph that you were sent the wrong gun ie. .177 instead of .22, also if those pellets were all spilled around like in the picture, that is inexcusable.
I will address these issues with the warehouse shipping staff, that should not have happened.
In the meantime, I have instructed our customer service department to have UPS send you a return label for your package by email, all you will have to do is repack the box, (Don't go to a lot of trouble with the loose pellets), and then print out the emailed label, and attach it to the box, then just give it to a UPS driver, or take it to a UPS pick up location such as UPS store, Staples, etc., then they will return it to us. As soon as it is received back here, we will give you a full refund of your purchase price back to your AMEX card.
I am very sorry about this whole bad experience, and hope you will accept my sincere apology. We face a constant struggle as we are wholesalers, but we also sell to the public. Since we sell at such low prices, we can't afford to have the same liberal return policies as companies selling at higher prices, but sometimes it is hard for customers just buying a few items for themselves to understand this (not talking about you, but just in general). For this reason, we will probably before the year is out stop selling to the general public, and only sell to our wholesale customers, who make up the bulk of our business.
Anyway, I hope that both our company and yourself can just put this unfortunate incident behind us and move on. I would be appreciative if once you receive your refund, if perhaps you would consider posting on your airgun forum a comment that we took care of your problem.
Thank you very much.

Yesterday I received the B3-1 .22 air rifle from WildBillwholesale and also received a full refund to the credit card.
Mr. Gossin, apologies accepted.
The air rifle given by your company arrived well packed and in one piece. Brand new from the box with no damage whatsoever, and it did arrive promptly via UPS.
Its unfortunate we had to meet under these circumstances. I sincerely appreciate how quickly the problem was resolved.
Thanks once again
