I had a few airguns as a kid, since my parents were very anti-guns...Now I'm into guns for a living and getting into ariguns as a hobby (Ammo is getting expensive, and places to shoot are hard to find).
What got me back into airguns is seeing the video of the Casselman Air machine gun. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDqs2GSaCXs It's a 30 caliber full-auto PCP rifle. I'm actually very surprised no company has made something similar (I guess the Drozd is as close as we get).
Of course full-auto firearms are illegal or VERY expensive in the USA. But a Full-auto airgun is not considered a firearm so it is legal under US federal law, as far as I know (State laws may be more restrictive).
Anyway...

Welcome aboard! It's always good when more new (or not-so-new ) people get involved in the sport.
Must be nice to be in an area where scuba tanks can be filled on almost every streetcorner! |

Pistols and rifles (AR style, but not AR's). Target/recreational shooting and for self defense purposes. ( I am a concealed carry permit holder).
I am actually in the middle of building a .22 caliber PCP rifle (that's why I searched out for an Airgun forum). I will have to start a thread about it later and get everyones opinions on it. (I'll Probably put it under the modifications area, I would think). |
