Who is your favorite airgun manufacturer? Please also tell us where you are from, Canada, US, England....whereever
also could you say why?

I'm missing Diana, Umarex, BSA, AA, FX, Slavia and well, I bet other people can come up with some other names. (Beeman is a Weihrauch importer, right?)
I'm from the Netherlands, western Europe. Between the UK and Germany. (Germany is the small country next to the Netherlands).
Anyway, my favorite brand so far would be Walther/Umarex. Hammerli is also a sister compagny under the Walther brand. (Hammerli also comes with two dots on the A, but my laptop keyboard doesn't support that). Next to that is Slavia. But then, that's the only two guns I own right know so you know... I'm biased.
My Umarex Airmagnum is the greatest thing in the world and I can't stop talking about it. It's a shame they aren't good with spair parts.
Slavia's are truly great value for money. Quite accurate, good feel and easily tunable.
I think Weihrauch is a great brand. Had the honour of shooting some of those rifles. Sturdy, great quality and good performance. They've been known to be scopekillers.
Gamo is a bit of a hoho brand. They build rifles with an alright quality, some powerfull too for a fair price, however they tend to go a bit bad on accuracy because they need a bit of a tune. There are a lot of tuning sets for Gamo's though. They do give a sturdy feel, but small pieces tend to break of. |

Well if you are going to have a poll of your favorite brand, you should include Webley, Air Arms, Falcon, Feinwerkbau, Theoben, Parker hale and Hammerli just to name a few, remember it's a big world, not just North America!
Mine would be a Umarex Winchester 94.

As people have pointed out- a "poll" for manufacturers doesn't work very well- too may of them. Also, Crosman and Benjamin-Sheridan are the same company.
Anyways- the "poll" part I'll get rid of and people can post their favorites as they go along... |

ya i thought that mabe there would be problems with not enough brands but the thing says 6 poll options limit.
i was trying to use beeman as grouping all the european guns they import together but nevermind
Eric, i was aware that crosman owns benjamin but they claim that the still make the guns the same way as before they were bought out so i mean i like the guns with the benjamin name on it... weird ...i know |

Crosman does claim that Benjamin-Sheridan guns are "different" than the regular Crosman lineup- but it seems many buyers of B-S products of late have started to notice the difference isn't all that significant in respect to quality control anymore.
As for brands, lately I've been leaning towards Diana for spring guns- but I have yet to actually go and purchase one. |
