| I recently purchased an older Beeman R1 and upon closer inspection when the barrel is broke over it is not inline with the stock, I started looking because the breech was rubbing the inside of the stock when I cocked the rifle. When I contacted the original owner about it he said he recently had new seals installed by B&B Supply so I'm thinking they didn'y get it straight on re-assembly, is there any way to adjust the front cap while the gun is assembled or would it need to be tore down again. Thanks for any help! |

| Remove the stock and try re-installing- it sounds like someone may have tightened up one of the stock to receiver screws completely before the other, allowing some shift in the receiver-to-stock position. |

| Its not that, I have removed it from the stock a couple times now. It looks like the part that the breech ataches to is turned a little to one side when you break the barrel over. |

| Sorry- don't understand what you mean- which part is 'turned a bit'- the stock? |

| The end cap that the breech block ataches to seems to be turned causing it(breech block) and the barrel to be off(angled) when you cock the gun. Is it possible to thread the front cap that attaches to the spring tube on too much/little and it not be alinged properly. |

| Without the stock in place- does the barrel line up with the tube during the cocking stroke? As in- is there a mechanical misalignment between the breech block and the barrel- or is this only an issue once the stock is installed? |

The stock forearm was warped causing it to look like it was crooked. |
