Had them arrive from D&L today, took 4 days, staff very friendly.
Couldn't wait to load up the clips and drop in a bulb.

Lets start with the 617, once you get it loaded and the 12 gram CO2 in it, it feels pretty good, has little weight to it, would of been a bonus if the grips had little rubber on them, 6 shots as fast as you can pull the trigger and the trigger is pretty light, no idea what the pull is in lbs but I can live with it no problem. Received 2 clips and loaded one with the Gamo Rapators which smoked out 540 fps and the other with Beeman laser 468 fps, not bad for a 75.00 pistol, can hardly wait till I get the new Crs. Silver Eagle at 4.8 grains, should push it around 600, there in the mail.

The 008 feels real nice in my hands, almost like it was molded to your fingers, weight is nice, the grips feel a little better than the 617, maybe a better plastic, 8 shots, easy to load, its nice that they incorporated the piercing of the bulb in the handle, no big fat screw sticking out the bottom. The barrel I believe is shorter also than the 617 by an 1in. or little more because it shot the Raptors at 470 and the Beeman Laser at 420, still very happy with it.
Now for the fun factor 9.5 only reason I didn't give a 10 was no blow back. now all I need is a DE.

How are they for accuracy?

Well received these new pellets from Specialty Shooting today and tried them in the 617 and 008 1 is a flatty and the other a hollow point, they weight the same 4.8gr. There well made no over run from the molds.
The 617 smoked them out at 578 and the 008 did 510, they are very light pellets don't know how accurate they are but they sure sound good coming out of the pistols. I'll try them out tomorrow and see how these to new guns shoot to.. Im sure looking forward to emptying a few bulbs.
