Does anyone know if this is possible? I am trying to decipher the diagrams, and can't figure out what exactly is different about the newer self cocking models.
If someone knows, could you help me with what parts I need to convert this PhaseII 1377 to a self cocking?
Thanks!

the difference is the phase 3 has a slot cut in the top of the tube for the cocking pin on the hammer
to convert imo the easiest route would be to
get a phase 3 tube, hammer, hammer spring, cocking pin and end cap
or cut a slot in your phase 2 tube for the cocking pin hammer, hammer spring, cocking pin and end cap
hth
p.s.
i believe you will also need a phase 3 breech, bolt and barrel |

"Self-cocking" is not an appropriate label- it is manually cocked by pulling the bolt back to insert a pellet.
Other than that- the tube will work with the conversion, so no need to change it. If you purchase a Crosman steel breech kit, a hammer, hammer spring, a hammer pin and a tube end-cap you will be able to have a "new" version on the old frame. |

fantastic... thanks guys. Another quick question. I will be ordering a barrel from a 1760 as well and chopping it down. Is there a crosman part number for a muzzle break that will fit this barrel?
Thanks,

Another quick question, does the bolt come with the steel breech kit, or do I need a 177 bolt from a gen3?
THanks,

Breech kit comes with a bolt&handle.
There are no muzzle breaks available as a part from Crosman that fit the 13xx/17xx/22xx guns, unfortunately- they are available only as part of a complete gun from the "custom gun shop" or on a 2300 pistol. |

If you really want the Crosman break from the 2300 the complete assembly part number is: 2300-121
No idea of the cost, but if you are already ordering parts from them you can add it, and get it all shipped for there standard low rate.
