36 years ago as a youngster ,i had a great bb/pellet gun.it was a medal with plastic Crosman power master.it was a great rifle. loved shooting at flys that landed on the door to our shed. that was roughly 45 feet. i loved the accuracy of that rifle, however, as things go, i grew up, joined the Marines and sadly my parents lost it in many moves they made.fast forward to today... i went to a antique shop, right up front as soon as you walk in i see it, my childhood dream gun right in front of my eyes.i looked it over, acting as if i really could care less about it...trying to hide my trembling hands as i tilted it around looking at everything about it. i checked out the price tag, asked does this thing even work? lady told me it shot great. to be honest it looked too good. id say about 95 percent finish on it. she said its 25 bucks firm. i ripped out the cash, took it home, shot it. man what a steal. didnt touch the sights they were already dead on. can hit the inside of the "p" on a Pepsi can over and over and over again. ahhh i love this gun. the feel of it is its tight, no wobble like the modern plastic receiver ones. the plunger assembly looks like new. the feel of the hand guard is like its brand new, i mean the checkering is sharp on the hands.its built like a Crosman should still be built today, but sadly isnt. way cool vintage 760. i had one as a kid. the one i have now
is all plastic but i've taken quite a few rats at 10 yards with not more than
6 pumps.
