Anybody know anything about Archer Airguns. http://www.archerairguns.com/chinese-airguns-s/1.htm
I'm thinking of ordering some parts from them and just wondered if they were a decent company to deal with.
As I live in the UK and all the new airgun laws have just come into effect, you cannot buy QB valve parts or any pressure parts over here through the mail, but you can buy then from abroad no problem, also cheaper including the carrage, stupid isn't it ?.

| Ridiculous, isn't it? The same thing happens quite often between Canada and the US with pricing, shipping, any duties applied. I think Canadians are OK with QB pricing/parts- but not so much for most other airguns. |

It's not so much the cost that gets me wound up, it's stupid laws that says I cannot buy a valve seal for a QB, from a dealer 50 miles away by mail order, I have to travel the 50 miles and buy it face to face, also he must be a Registered Firearms Dealer, But! I can order any parts I like from Canada/USA over 3000 miles away and it's all legal.

| archers are a very good i was on holiday in boston emailed them about parts and they made sure i had them before i came back home, |

Cheers brian45 for the info, I assume you mean Boston USA, I live near Boston UK and I am thinking of buying parts from Archers USA, as they have a lot of QBxx parts you carn't get here.

yes it was the usa. as i was over there i wanted to get some parts but archer can only ship to the named address on a credit card so they told me to go on the web site and put the stuff i wanted in the basket and check it out, then i had to put in the zip code of the place i was staying at, it then gave me the pp cost, i just printed the page without paying went to post office and sent money order to them. stuff was with me in 5 days,
they are great guys to deal with |

If they don't ship outside of the US, let me know, and I'll re-send it as long as you cover costs.
I do seem to be visiting the  postal office an awful lot recently . . .

They do ship to the Uk no problem J but thanks anyway, I'm thinking of getting a couple of spare stocks for a QB, butt plate and valve parts, but at the moment the stocks are out of stock.
