i just got a call from ups tonight confirming my dasiy 953 being dropped off tomorrow as promised (from PA).
i had sent yourdaddyjoe a tin of pellets a while back as a thank you for some work he did for me from PA and when he didn't get them i called, got someone on the phone right away and indeed they were delivered. someone at joe's house misplaced 'em. i was on the phone less than 5 minutes.
the one time i dealt with cobra air the service was unbelievable. and i mean UNBELIEVABLE.
i'm currently playing "phone/email" tag with AIMPOINT over one of my red dots that died. good luck with that. week 3 or 4 now.
i do agree though.it is hit and miss. |

I have always had good experiences with Pyramid Air
When I ordered my Nirtro (over the phone) the girls I was talking to worked the math and determinded that the 10%off coupon was better than free shipping.
Didn't save a whole lot but the $12 I did save was a can of pellets
Plus the buy 3 get one free on their pellets always covers my shipping |

| Hey Don't get me going on UPS's "Outragious" rates. I'm still paying the fuel charges when the fuel went up to $4 a few years ago. Somebody needs to remind UPS that this is 2010 and no one can afford what they paid for services back in 08 when things were good. |

| I've ordered 2 guns from Pyramyd Air,and had to listen to alot of "elevator music" while waiting, but once I got to talk to someone, they were very helpful. I even asked why the long wait? I was told they were extreemly busy, and had a limmited number of phone lines. They have allways shipped fast, and I've recieved it quickly. About the ONLY complaint I could have with them is "the wait" to get to talk to someone.Ron |

| I've bought from Pyramyd, Airgun Depot, and I believe Airgun Warehouse. The only beef I've had with Pyramyd is that if I need to reach customer service they run hot and cold. I've had a couple of very satisfying situations. I've also been treated almost rudely and sent the wrong product. It seems to go both ways. I haven't ordered from Pyramyd in a fairly long time. Don't know if I'll buy anything else anytime soon, but will probably go with Airgun Depot unless there's a big price difference. |

I would like to post an update to my first post to mention after I sent in an email to Pyramyd Air regarding my problems, I received an email the next business day apologizing for the delay in the phone ordering. They offered me 10% off my next order and provided an ext number to get right through to a salesperson.
It appears the time I was ordering they were swamped with calls.

| I don't know if it's still there but you used to be able to get a 10% off coupon for Pyramtd on line. You couldn't use it with their free shipping option and usually it saved me a lot more to use thw free shipping. Will the 10% the gave you stack? You know, can you use it and get the free shipping option also? |

Roger That - you can use either the 10% or the free shipping - since my order was around $500 - I took the 10% and paid for air shipping and still got $30 back. However the 10% offer is only for new customers.
