I just thought I’d mention that my customised 2240 has been selected for the “Best of the Best” gallery on the “Airgun Artisans” web site. Mr. Green

So all in all the Crosman 2240 custom job was well worth it, so I think my next job will be a 5 shot auto feed 2240, I already have the design done and limited testing, and so far it looks promising. Cool

Al

I'm no rocket scientist, but I DO know quality when I see it...first pictures I saw of it, I offered (oh so discreetly!! ) to buy it !!!! CONGRATULATIONS on a job very well done.....you should be very proud of your accomplishment!! Must be a gratifying experience to be able to visualize something great and then actually bring it to fruition, with your own hands....congats again Thumb Up! Thumb Up!

You should see the old school peepsight he made for his Walther Winchester. That's also one of the cooler things I've seen on this forum.

Very well done! To me the secret of mechanical art is knowing how much glitz is enough. It's a fine line between tawdry and classy, and you walked it nicey Thumb Up!

Very nice!

5 shot auto-feed? Now I'm perking up and would love to see that for a 2240.

Congratulations, Alstone! You deserve the accolades not only because of the gun's beauty, but also because it's a step beyond the usual.
