When the gas as just about run out on a QB rifle and no worth while shots left, you have to keep firing until the gas as gone, this little tool makes the job quick and easy.
It is made out of an old mini Stanley blade and brass tube as per photo.
On the QB rifle there is a .17 thou gap between the top tube and the bottom tube where the connection pins pass from one tube to the other.
When the gas as about run out make sure that there is no pellet in the breach, close the bolt and insert the blade of the tool behind the front pin, and push forward this will release the last of the gas and enable you to change capsules.
You can use a Stanley knife but this could be dangerous.
The hard bit is holding the camera between you teeth.

Interesting, and useful I imagine.
There's no way to get the caplet out before it's fully discharged on the QB?
How'd you press the shutter button holding the camera in your teeth? Or maybe I don't really want to know... |

Very handy!!
It would definitely save me from holding the trigger in and cycling the bolt!
It looks simple enough to make in 5mins! Though I may change my design of mine slightly!
