you're going after a CLONE for that price. any of the bam series. i have a b-26 and freaking LOVE IT. it's cloned after the beeman R-9.

the b-28 after the RWS 350.

how much power do you want? the more power you get in a springer the more hold sensative it'll be.

i like 15 fpe range in .22. i have one that hits 20fpe but it harder to shoot.

For .177 Id like about 1000+ FPS and .22 atleast 800FPS

As far as FPE, what would be good to humanely dispatch pest up to squirrel / rabbit size.

.22 is best. you're looking at a MAGNUM powered springer to get that velocity. velocity is ALWAYS overstated by 100-300fps. if a gun says it'll do 1000 in .177. really your in the high 800's

800 in .22 and your in the high 600's. there is no truth in advertising.

6fpe minimum for squirrel and 8-9 fpe for rabbit as most people here will say.
have you been on the sites main page??? play around with the ballistic calculator then do some research on guns.

i like .22 just because it's not .177. i kill rats with .22.

if you find a .22 springer that boats 900fps (BS) it could be kissing 800fps/14.3 grain=20fpe. Mr. Green
