Hello, I just registered today and would like to say "Howdy!". I live in Southeast MO, am a former Corrections Officer prior to becoming disabled. For the past 2.5 years I have been conducting firearm accessory/product field tests for many companies such as Tapco, Leapers, Brownells, Lauer Custom Weaponry, Huber Concepts, Wolff Gun Springs, Warne Scope Rings, Caldwell, Beartooth Products, Choate Machine, ATN Optics, ATI Gun Stocks, B-Square, SlingStix, Volquartsen, Power Custom, and others. I did these tests and received no monetary compensation, all I got was the sample products and the enjoyment of sharing the information with my fellow gun enthusiasts.
I spent all day working on the gun or guns, then spent all hours of the night on the computer editing the photos, writing the build articles and posting them on up to 6 firearm forums.
I have been building rifles for two years, and have slowed down on the testing so I can have fun with my toys, get back into handguns, and even venture into my Crosman 760 Pumpmaster and 1377 Air Pistol again. Gonna order a stock and scope mount for the pistol and put one of my Leapers 6" red/green dot optics on it as well as a sling. I am also gonna use a rolled pin punch and take the pump handle off and give it and the stock a custom finish with Duracoat, install a Picatinny/Weaver rail on each side of and the bottom of the pump handle to mount accessories like lights and lasers and just trick the thing out.
Thanks for having me, I've enjoyed being here and have learned a lot already. Here are a few shots of the rifles I have built. At the risk of being boastful, maybe these will display the care and patience I take in building my guns. Thanks again.

Is that a ATI Dragunov Style stock on your 10/22?
I am looking at the AR-22 for mine... |

Welcome to the best airgun forum on line.
Sweet 10/22. Is that a Leapers tach light on it? I am
considering that unit and was wondering as to it's
brightness. |

Thanks, and it is a Leapers Swatforce light. It is pretty bright. Here is my other 10-22 and the fully custom M91-30 I built.

| Tell me about your experience with the rubber harmonic dampeners - and would they work on airguns? |

| I have used them on my centerfire rifles with success. I put one on an SKS and 5 shot groups dropped to where I could cover them all with a quarter at 50 yards, and thats straight up. On air guns I dont know if there would be enough harmonic imbalance or not. The best thing would be contact Limbsaver.com and ask their customer service dept about it. |

| Do you have to spend a lot of time positioning them, or do they work anywhere on the barrel? |

Anyway, welcome aboard, and have a good time. |
