Hi guys !
I see many pictures of 2240's with power adjusters at their back.
How much is actualy gained with one of those ?
I was thinking about making one for my 2240,stock valve and 14in. barel.

That depends. If you want your gun to guzzle high amounts of CO2 that it can't handle...
They're a part that can be used for finetuning. |

| A 14" barrel vs. a stock 7.5" barrel would allow the Co2 to expand more efficiently. A rear velocity adjuster will improve overall output, how much will depend on what the specific 2240 was putting out before adding it. Typically, a rear velocity adjuster, with no other modifications to a 2240 will be just under 500fps with 14.3gr pellets and using a 14" barrel would push it somewhere in the 500-540fps range I would estimate. |
