I'm considering puchasing a 2250xt in the near future. I want to know what I would have to do to increase the velocity of the gun (advertised ~560fps) to maybe 650 max 750. I plan to buy the fittings so it can accept a 9oz co2 bottle, which will get me more shots per fill. But what will I have to do to make it shoot a little faster? If by making it faster will sacrifice the accuracy (groups larger than 1/2" at 20 yards off a bench) I would rather not do anything. I feel that a hunting pellet gun needs atleast 600fps or be able to drive tacks at 30 yards.
