Hi Guys , This is my frist post to this forum, but I have been shooting for some time now. A friend of mine has this old Winshester Model # 427 .22 It was rusted and scratched so I have done some cosmetics on it . I do not belive that the power is right it seems to shoot very slow . Is there any info on this to bring it back to a better shooting rifle
