I'd like one, for pistol practice, and am looking into mods that can be done. I know Al has one tuned up (Many thanks, it covers most of the modifications that anyone would want to have done). I was thinking of a Buddy bottle version with a coil that goes down to a sort of holster. Hi Anton the Co2 container is open at the sides and half of it hinges downwards to load the capsul, what would be better is the pcp model which has a regulator which screws into the pistol wher the Co2 normaly fits, them ontop of this fits the air cylinder, what may be possible is to fasten the buddy bottle connector on to the regulator. By the way, I'm getting a new stock on the Airmagnum soon. Do you think that a longer barrel could be made to fit it? _________________ BIG GAP   Posted: Tue Oct 28, 2008 3:45 am Alstone Moderator & Site Supporter Joined: 01 Mar 2007 Posts: 4139 Location: Linconshire, ENGLAND I'm not at home at the moment so I'm not sure about the dia, but I think it is 9.5mm and any barrel could be made to fit with a bit of machining, the end that fits in the breach is threaded but apart from that no problem, also I think the Desperado has a 320mm barrel. Anyway I’ll have a look when I get back hopefully later to day. It's not like I already am able to afford the gun. I'm hoping to find someone to make a barrel for me, and I know a guy who always has some barrels laying around... From the photos... It looks like it can be done... But then we can put it in the ugliest gun section... ha ha I would go for that insted of the dummy Co2 and haveing to drill a hole in the side for the fitting... Besides, I think it's kind of cool to have such a set up. _________________ BIG GAP   Posted: Thu Nov 06, 2008 7:49 am Alstone Moderator & Site Supporter Joined: 01 Mar 2007 Posts: 4139 Location: Linconshire, ENGLAND Provided it has a threading gearbox or a set of change wheels he should have no problem cutting threads, all he needs to do is grind a cutting tool to 60 Deg pitch for metric or 55 deg English. If he does not have a gear box or ghange gears on his lathe, then he will have to resort to stocks and dies. There was a Twinmaster for sale for E 275.
