Broommaster, I believe that you can hit the target at 100 yards with some springers, but I don't think that you are going to achieve the group size that you get with a Condor. 100 yards is pushing it for a springer, even a Patriot. I wonder why people are getting good groupings with Pat's. I was struggling with the cap, and wound up breaking it open with enough force that it snapped in an arc. Maybe simultaneously is an exaggeration. More like instantaneous succession. Like faster than the lock time on my Slavia. Too bad their search function is down as he had pix of the indoor range and sample targets. Currently, his is one of a few springers competing against PCP's. I believe he uses is a tuned .22 RWS48. The springers are getting close to the gas guns but no cigar. I did a search on the Yellow forum on the old Benjamin Sheridan "ash can" pellets and received a reply from a gentleman who was shooting some impressive 100 yard groups with a couple of scoped Blue Streaks and the newer pellets. So, you don't need an overly expensive PCP to shoot at that distance. The gun will move due to recoil and there is always a slight inconsistency in pellets (unless you go for the more expensive stuff that is). It's not that it's not possible, it's actually plausible, but I think that the results with a gun that is a bit more high end, would do better.
