1) Target to download and print: Week 44; Jul/14>Jul/20/2008
Print to full-size on an A4 or 8.5"x11" sheet of paper.
2) Shooting distance is 5m/16.4ft for pistols.
3) Shooting distance is 10m/32.8ft for rifles.
4) Any sighting device may be used.
5) NO rests or steadying aids are allowed.
6) 16 shots at targets, 2 per square maximum. 5 sighting/practice shots not on the clock using blue.
7) 10 minutes total time (take whatever amount of time for each shot you like, but at 10 minutes-stop!).
8) Scoring is 10 points for red, 3 points for green and no points for white. Only two hits per square counts. Maximum point count is 160.
9) Entries need to be scanned or photographed and posted. Please list gun, pellet, sighting device and total time expended.
10) You can enter using both a pistol and a rifle as separate entries- but all rules must be followed for each.
11) Score your own target. Winner and Runner-Up will be verified by board officials.
12) An honorable contest for sport- to lie or cheat, is the only real loser. Please keep it above-board!
13) Each competition runs from Monday to Sunday. Your entry must be posted in the forum no later than 23:00 GMT Sunday.
14) These rules are for this week's shooting competition and may change for others. |

I posted this earlier today but I don't know where it went. It's out of time now but I, ll post it anyway all though it will not count.
QB78 just rebuilt
red dot sight
pellets hobbies .177
score 42/160
Standing 10m
So with me being late and disqualified, sbtzc is the winner this week but technically as he hasn't submitted a photo that rules him out as well.
Good effort this week sbtzc |

Ha Ha yes I guess I am, I went out to the pub for a few hours last night, and by the time I got back I kinda got it into my head that it was Sunday night, so I made a right cock up of that didn't I.
So I guess it's all to play for still, plus I forgot peska who posted a score of 19 elseware, and looking at my target in the clear light of day I wonder if I shot it after I came back from the pub.
I think Ill go back to bed!
