Yep, I've seen these in the gun shop, but I have never bought any or heard about anyone using them, Though I have found a few similar pellets (green plastic .22 ones) embedded in a sign at the local quarry a few years back, they seemed very randomly placed about the sign despite them being quite well embedded in there, so either they were fired at a very close distance and were very poorly placed or they were fired from a very high powered air rifle from a much greater range, but still proved inaccurate. As advertised they are intended for indoor use only as they are very lightweight causing the wind takes them off course very easily.
I would buy some to test them out being reasonably inexpensive but they're not designed for my rotary magazine clip in my 1077w and I don't have a .177 bolt action air rifle. =/

| What kind of gun are you planning on using them in? I would never use them in any of my springers! Way too light. I would get piston slam form them! |

| I really have no practical purpose for them myself- maybe in a pumper, it was more curiosity than anything. You make a good point- using them in a springer could be a very short road to a fubar'd rifle. |
