Niiiice job! Now I have a craving for some fried rabbit!
BTW, is that the 1008 the taller boy is holding? Looks like it's been mod'd a bit. Definetly looks like a longer barrel on it! Can you show some more pictures and what if any mods/tunes you've done. I've got my 1008 apart right now, lookin' for some ideas!

What do you do with all those hares? Freeze them for later use- or do you have a really big family? |

I have a feeling it was a go out and shoot whatever you can type deal.
Good call on the head lamps too. You never know if the sun will burn out in the middle of the day leaving nothing but pitch black. |

It's a 2240 with 14 in barrel modded valve steel breech and power adjuster. The hares were shot for a shooting comp normally feed to dogs. Hares are a pest here and compete for food with farm animals. Possums
are a major pest they can carry tb and destroy native bush and the fur is worth $105 kg |

!!! Get out- it's considered a pest and yet the fur is worth good money? How does that work- do the ladies like possum hats or something? |

Possum fur is plucked then mixed with merino wool and knitted into expensive jeserys. Merino wool is a very fine sheep wool. |

Drat! I was hoping for some advice on this thing! Still, nice job on the bunnies. Around here, our's aren't much bigger then treerats. And with all our conservation efforts in my state, we now have hawks picking even those off! |

I know that the boys are not fully grown and probably makes the hares look larger in comparison, but those hares still look huge!
The ones out here are more ears than anything else. |
