Hey, Im looking into tuning my Stoeger X20 up to 16 joules.
Im going to buy a full-length spring and cut it down to the size of a 16 joule spring. But I cant find anywhere how long it should be.
Are there any UK peps with a X20 that can measure the spring?
I do not own a chronograph so I cant test.
Ideally the amount of rings its made up of.
The fullpower spring I got has 35 rings, How many should I cut of to get it down to around 16-20 joules?
(Sorry for shitty english) |

| It's not just the length, it's also the coil thickness on the shorter spring. It might be easier to just order the correct spring from the Crosman repair center in the UK/Europe. |

| They do if you call it a "Crosman Phantom". Same platform on both rifles. |
