This was basically a shroud for the end of a scope. Stores in the UK were selling it, and I had started trying months ago getting a couple of them to either sell some to me, or direct me to the manufacturer. Neither panned out.

It appears this "DG Designs" may have stopped producing these units, but I am wondering if anyone here knows how to reach them to talk about producing them again? I can't find a website or anything else related to them.

A few keep turning up on eBay or through airgun forums over here, with mixed reviews. But I think the original maker has disappeared, they have been making then for about 12 years or so on and off.

There is a similar one called the Bisley scope maximiser and it’s available.

PS: There is this one from Hong Kong?

Ah- so it's some sort of on-off production.

It appears those Bisley units are a fair bit pricier. Either way, thank-you for the information and I will see if I can find out any more on the Bisley units.

The thing about the DG product was that it was made out of very hard rubber, and once you got it set up it didn’t move, so it kept it’s setting and made for quick target acquisition, unlike he Bisley one which has a flexible eyepiece.

The only problem with the DG model was that to fit it on the scope eyepiece you needed something like KY Jelly, because there was very little stretch in the connection. Smile

Anything you have to shove in/on something else and requires KY jelly to do it has got to be interesting!

I use that stuff when I stretch black vinyl tubing over my barrels. Dish soap would probably work, too - that's what I use to slip on bicycle handlebar grips.
