Hello.
Brief history:
Got my 1st airgun some 30 years ago. It was a Crosman Classic 2100. I had a lot of fun plinking and shooting starlings off a 200foot high power line near my front porch. The gun eventually broke from hard use.

I bought a Crosman PowerMaster 66 about 10 years ago. I was generally disappointed because it has less "destroying" power than my old 2100 so I didn't do much with it until late.

I got interested in plinking again but wanted a better rifle. I did some modifications to the pressure module in the PM66 to increase its capacity and fixed its hard, rough trigger. Although the pressure cylinder mod only made a small increase in fps, it's like a completely new gun with the trigger mod. A sweet plinker, actually.

I made a cool animation of the technical operation of the Crosman PM66, which I'll post in the general forum.

But yea, I really wanted a more "substantial" air rifle for plinking and which would suffice for small game hunting. My Crosman Venom .22 arrived yesterday and I've ran about 250 rounds of Crosman Premier dome 14.3g ammo.
All I got to say at this point is wow what a step up from my previous airguns, especially in terms of power.

Anyway thanks for the forum and this community.
-Steve
