Does anybody have any experience with this model?
I have an opportunity to get one for a very reasonable
price and was thinking that it would make a perfect
project gun.

No personal experience, but in the postal competition I compete in the FWB 300 users always take the top places... that's a 10m (roughly 11 yard) competition though. |

The FWB 300 is on the top of my wish list. I just haven't found one in my price range  In its day it was considered by some to be the standard all other 10 meter air guns were compared to. |

| I have two FWB 300's.They are extremely accurate and still win airgun benchrest matches shooting against PCP's.Not sure what you intend to do with them as project guns.They are not high velocity rifles. |
