| The Trail NP XL comes with a shinier stock, sling swivel, and shoots about 200 fps faster. Does anyone have one of these? I want a Marauder, but just really can't afford one now. If I could sell my Titan to a buddy though, I could pick one of these up about half price, figuratively. Since this model is supposed to shoot harder, could it handle a little heavier pellets? They're both Nitro Piston guns, why does the Trail shoot faster? Thanks in advance. |

The 'XL" models have a larger tube so they move more air, thus the higher velocity.
The QB78's are probably the best value you can buy, but often they need to be cleaned up (i.e. Chinese QC on them could be better). |

The QB's are an unbelievable deal as far as bang for your buck.
Essentially they are identical to the venerable crosman 160.
If your looking for lots of horsepower then you can purchase one of the bulk fill fittings and follow one of the numerous threads here on how to squeeze + - 40 fpe out of it. |

I'd go with Mike Melick at http://flyingdragonairrifles.org/ if I was getting
a tuned one . You will not be disappointed and he is a great guy to work with. He will talk to you and tune it to your needs. |

| Neat, badshot. I've already been talking to Stephen Archer, he gave me a clear explanation of what works with what. This site does seem a little cheaper though, I'm gonna email these guys too. I want to see who can make me the most powerful gun for a reasonable price |
